Q. How can I receive a brochure?

Q. Are your products kosher?
A. Yes. All of our products are kosher dairy. Click here for a copy of our Kosher Certificate.

Q. Is there trans fat in any of your products?
A. Hoff’s has 0% trans fat per serving in all of our products.

Q. Is allergen information available on your products?
A. All of our ingredient labels have a CONTAINS statement listing out all allergens. Our products are all manufactured on equipment that process peanuts and tree nuts. Q. What is the shelf life of your products?
A. Our products are purchased frozen and can remain frozen for twelve months. Refrigerated shelf life is five to seven days.

Q. I bought your product, now what?
A. For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight in a refrigerator. Best sliced semi-frozen or chilled. Keep unused portions wrapped or left in a box and refrigerated.
