In 1983 Vincent Frattura started Hoff's Bakery out of a 1,200 sq ft space in Medford, MA. Vinny set out to differentiate Hoff's by developing high-quality desserts that not only tasted great, but also had strong eye-appeal and were user friendly. Hoff's quickly positioned itself as a premiere manufacturer of gourmet desserts for the food service and retail trades in the New England area.
Hoff's continued commitment to superior quality and consistency resulted in Hoff's Bakery becoming one of the elite companies in the country to be a Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certified Supplier by the SQF Institute. This certification allowed Hoff's to continue to expand its business from New England to the mid-west and Texas.
In March 2016, Hoff's relocated to a 100,000 square foot facility at 35 Green Street in Malden, MA. This new move, tripled Hoff's production capacity to allow for continued growth and expansion. Now, two generations of the Frattura family work together to provide high quality dessert solutions.
